Using Shipment pick order on InThing Visium data cloud or on shipping application integrated with Visium

Using Visium Mobile use passive RFID handheld reader to locate:

- Items matching the work order line item

- Fulfill the work order by scanning specific items to the line item

Audit staged items for pre-ship verification

Boxing:

Using Visium Station, print labels for items and packing slip with barcode and/or RFID. Items are automatically assigned to the box

Open Box Audits before the staging process using fixed or handheld readers

Suggest remedial actions to errors prior to shipping

Closed Box Audit with Array Readers / Fixed Readers:

- Automated receipt of boxes in staging area and audit closed boxes as they are being palletized

- While the readers monitor the staging area, the progress of the aggregation of the shipment is displayed on Trapeze Display app

- If required perform manual audit with handheld reader using Trapeze Companion

Choose shipping work orders to initiate load - move a pallet from the staging area to the loading dock and into the truck

- Alert and notify the loading operators using Trapeze display Apps and light stacks

- Close out shipment/work order indicating the truck is loaded and about to depart

Verify that the Truck is correct for that shipment

Forklift moves a pallet in staging area and into truck
